Acceptance or Orders and Dispatch.
All our payments are processed by PayPal who will verify your payment before taking payment and passing the order to us for fullfilment.

If it is not possible to obtain full payment form your payment card or account we will cancel the order.

The price charged will be the price set out on the web site and includes VAT if applicable.
You will receive a confirmation of payment from the Beauty Dispensary, registered Company No OC 348033.

Tattoosecret.co.uk is a trading name of Beauty Dispensary.

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and an e.mail confirmation of dispatch will be sent to the e.mail address provided on the order.

If your order cannot be fulfilled we will offer a full refund.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Post.

Delivery will be made to the specified address on the order form. If we fail to deliver any or part of your order within 30 days you will be entitled to a refund to the value of the order including delivery.

Warranties and Liability
You should examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Any claim you have for defective goods must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. Any such claims that are verified will result in full refund or replacement.

Verified Claims made after 14 days will be entitled to a replacement or at our discretion a refund.

Right to cancel
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel the contract and return the goods at your cost for a full refund of the order value. Goods must be returned unused, unopened and complete with all accessories and packaging.
Goods deemed as used will not be entitled to a refund except when subject to a manufacturing fault.
